CALLING PLAN REQUIREMENTS/TERMS

  All Calling Plans are subject to $20.00 one-time Activation Fee, and all additional phone/line numbers are subject to $15.00 one-time
       Activation Fee (per additional line).

  For US subscribers, no need for Magic Box. However, if option for local foreign country number is selected, Magic Box is needed  
      installed at the foreign country. Since the plan is cellular phone integrated, subscription with a landline phone provider is not
      required.

  For US/Canada subscribers, no need for Magic Box. However, for unlimited calls to all Global Buddy and Magic Box worldwide, ATA box
      is needed. Since the plan is cellular phone integrated, subscription with a landline phone provider is not required if option for cellular
      phone integration is selected.

  For Diamond & Gold Intl Plan US & Canada subscribers an “open-gateway” feature (where subscriber can call any landline number in
      the country where the box is installed) is available at $12 extra fee/month.

  For subscribers from countries other than US/Canada, purchase of Magic Box is required.

  Other Features : FREE SoftPhone download; Highly discounted per minute rate for international call to cellular lines.

  "Unlimited Calling" - is subject to our evaluation of usual and customary use.  If we feel that your use is considered business in volume,
      we reserve the right to increase your monthly service fee or subscription rate.
