Terms and Conditions

With PAYPAL Payment Option, you may either pay thru your Paypal Account Balances, or Credit/Debit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover), E-check and Bank Transfers.  If you are paying by Credit/Debit Card and you want to pay 'online', you may fill up the required Credit/Debit Card information.
By providing the information, it is understood that you hereby :

1)  Authorize CELLTECH MAGIC MARKETING, INC. USA,  its representatives, nominees or assigns to charge your Credit/Debit Card for payment of Calling Plan / VoIP Equipment / Activation Fee/ Other VoIP Product Packages & Charges for yourself  and/or your Beneficiary.

2)  Authorize CELLTECH  MAGIC MARKETING,  INC.  USA  to  execute in your behalf the documentaries to effect the above charges as required.

3)   Acknowledge  the  charge  described  hereon,  either  by CELLTECH MAGIC MARKETING, INC. USA  or  Merchant  Account holder  name  even if  different  than  CELLTECH MAGIC MARKETING, INC. USA as long as it matches the amount billed above.

4)  Acknowledge that payment in full to be made when billed or in extended payments in accordance with standard policy of credit card issuing company.

5)  Acknowledge that there will be a $3.00 Service Fee per transaction in addition to the charges, a $19.99 One-Time Activation Fee, a $20.00 Initial Account Load, and another $12.00 penalty in the event I return the items for refund or cancellation.

6) Confirm this sale as a contract for the product given/delivered or services rendered to me under this transaction and agree that should the debt represented by this confirmation be collected at law, inequity, any proceedings that this confirmation serves a confession of judgment.  Should the debt associated with this transaction be placed in the hands of any agency or attorney for collection, comma, there will be 30% collection fee added to the balance and i agree to pay all reasonable agency fees, costs and expenses of collecting. 

7)  Understand that any efforts including litigation will take place in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada.
