2.  What do I need to sign up for the Voice Over IP service with CellTech Magic?
There are no requirements, except that you must have a credit card (CellTech Magic also accepts other forms of payments, e.g. paypal).  that you ca use to pay online. Click here to see the credit cards accepted by CellTech Magic.

3.  When will my phone adaptor arrive upon sign up?
When you sign up, we ship all the equipment with installation guide on the same day. It takes 4-5 business days for your order to arrive.

4.  How do I setup my router and DSL service to work with CellTech Magic?
Subscribers using DSL can use any PPPoE device (i.e. your home router) to log into your account.  Connect your Phone Adapter to an open port on your router. Follow the CellTech Magic Quick Start Installation instructions.  Please click here for the downloadable installation guides.

5.  I already have a home network. Will I be able to subscribe to your service and use my existing home network?
Yes. We recommend a simple home network with a router that supports automatic assignment of IP address ("DHCP") and Network Address Translation ("NAT"). CellTech Magic sells routers and IP phone adapters that are compatible and certified for use with our service at a reasonable cost. Please contact CellTech Magic representatives to order your router.
