1. What’s the Catch ?
None. Choose a plan based on your needs and budget. We have international calling for as low as $10.99 under our LandSkype Plan that gives you the ability to call hundreds of major cities around the world just as our Diamond International Plan

If most of your calls are to a non-member-network country such as Philippines, Vietnam, Africa and the Gulf countries, subscribe to any of our 3 plans with international calling and have our Magic Box installed in your target country. 2. Does Buddy Number works like a regular phone ?
You can call any phone and receive calls from any phone number. (the sound quality depends on the speed of your network and the headset)

There are four ways to use the Buddy Number service:

SoftPhone – The SoftPhone allows you to make and receive calls from anywhere in the world from your computer. This is available as a stand alone plan, but comes “free” for all other subscription except the Lingo Plan. You may download our soft phone program with username and passwords issued to you.
Buddy Number – The Buddy Number USB device lets you take your number service with you. All you need to get going is a broadband connection and a USB port.
Mobile Phone – Use CellTech Magic Access bridge technology to make unlimited local national and international long distance calls included in your plan instead of your mobile phone. Class calling feature are part of your calling plan
Regular Phone – Use Buddy No. like your regular phone. Lift your receiver and dial direct . Enjoy the “Free” unlimited local, national and international calling plan , complete with Class Features of CellTech Magic . Additionally, Global Call Forwarding allows you to forward your phone calls to any phone in the world.

3. How long will you guarantee the "talk all you want" unlimited calling plans?
This feature is truly the product of our ‘in-network-technology’ when two parties are connected via our phone adapters. It is sliced to ‘jumbo’ characterization with threshold of 57 to 67 hours a month depending on your calling plan selection. Still, after that our greatly reduced wholesale metered rate is as low as less 0.01 cents depending on the country.

4. I am in U.S.A., how do I call using my cellular phone ?
A customer is assigned two numbers:

a) Direct "Access Number" (AN#) for outgoing
b) A 2nd Direct Number for incoming calls - This is the number published to callers.

These 2 DID numbers are registered with our server data bank assigned to the Customer during sign up, and is programmed to a Wireless Provider “favorite” calling plan such as T-Mobile My Faves, Sprint’s Sprint-to-home, Alltel’s Circle Plan, Metro PCS’ all number Favorites and Liberty Wireless’ two number favorites.

PROCEDURE:

1. In U.S., to “freeze” the local wireless provider’s local air time minute consumption, the AN# should be programmed in the handphone speed dial feature – call your Cell Phone Wireless Provider or consult your Manual –

2. Call your AN# and listen for the prompt ..”Please enter 1 for the U.S/ Canada destination AND 011 + the number for any other international destination followed by the #key.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO PRESS # AFTER DIALING YOUR DESTINATION. OR YOU WILL PAY YOUR LONG DISTANCE CARRIER’S STANDARD INTERNATIONAL RATE. FURTHERMORE YOUR LOCAL CELLULAR AIRTIME MINUTES IS CHARGED.

5. I am not in U.S.A., how do I call using a standard analog phone?
A DID phone number is assigned. This is for both outgoing and incoming.

PROCEDURE:
1. Pick up the phone and press # 8 . Dial a local US/Canada number like an ordinary phone
2. Press # 9 and dial 011 for international destination.
3. Using a cellphone, subscriber calls an “Access Number”

6. What features can I add on with CellTech Magic Plans?

18. Will CellTech Virtual PBX platform works in other foreign countries other than USA ?
Yes. CellTech Magic technology knows no boundaries or territories. For countries outside of U.S.A., we are able to design a communication network that by-passes the traditional local phone company facilities for both local2local calling and local2international calling at the same time at remarkable savings.

19. What are different Calling Plan Requirements ?

a) All Calling Plans are subject to $20.00 one-time Activation Fee, and all additional phone/line numbers are subject to $15.00 one-time Activation Fee (per additional line).

b) For US subscribers, no need for Magic Box. However, if option for local foreign country number is selected, Magic Box is needed installed at the foreign country. Since the plan is cellular phone integrated, subscription with a landline phone provider is not required.

c) For US/Canada subscribers, no need for Magic Box. However, for unlimited calls to all Global Buddy and Magic Box worldwide, ATA box is needed. Since the plan is cellular phone integrated, subscription with a landline phone provider is not required if option for cellular phone integration is selected.

d) For Diamond & Gold Intl Plan US & Canada subscribers an “open-gateway” feature (where subscriber can call any landline number in the country where the box is installed) is available at $12 extra fee/month.

e) For subscribers from countries other than US/Canada, purchase of Magic Box is required.

f) Other Features : FREE Softphone download; Highly discounted per minute rate for international call to cellular lines.

g) "Unlimited Calling" - is subject to our evaluation of usual and customary use. If we feel that your use is considered business in volume, we reserve the right to increase your monthly service fee or subscription rate.

h) All Calling Plan subscription fees including published per minute rates are subject to change without prior notice.

20. I would like to maintain my old number, can I port my cellular or landline number to my new CellTech Magic Buddy Number (VoIP Number) ?
Yes, number porting feature is available at CellTech Magic. However, there very important information you need to note regarding your Number Transfer.

a) Do not contact your phone company (carrier) to disconnect your local telephone service. Once you sign up for CellTech Magic, we will collect and submit information that will facilitate the number transfer process. In order for your telephone number to be transferred, it must be active with your local telephone company until the transfer is completed.

b) It can take your local phone company approximately 10 business days to transfer your number to CellTech Magic. But don't worry, your current phone line will continue to operate normally during this period.

c) So that you can install and setup your CellTech Magic service while waiting for the number transfer process to be completed, we will assign you a working temporary CellTech Magic number. You can make and receive calls on this line.

d) Once the transfer has been completed, your current telephone number will replace your temporary CellTech Magic Buddy Number, and all call activity (incoming and outgoing calls) will occur on your CellTech Magic line. This will happen automatically. Please note you are responsible for any fees from your current provider associated with your number transfer.

IMPORTANT : For the transfer process to commence, you are required to download, print and fully accomplish the LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION - VOIP SERVICE. You may FAX the authorization form to 1-714-265-9915 or email scanned copy to sales@celltechmagic.com.

Yes. The calls you made is just like calling from your Country of origin. We have access numbers to covered countries located virtually around the world. For instance all of Asia except Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia; All of Europe including Russia, ; Bahrain, Israel and Lebanon in the middle east; Mexico, Brazil, Honduras, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, Guatemala in Central & So.
