1.  Are there taxes on my long distance calls?
It depends on how  you define long distance.  This is where  CellTech Magic VOIP  technology shines and sets it  apart  from  traditional  phone  landline and  wireless phone carriers. From L.A., your call to French Riviera  in Nice France  or Beijing (In-Network-Member countries)  or any  landline phone number  connected  to our  Magic Box  anywhere  in the  world  is like calling to Beverly Hills...it’s a  local  call and No taxes. There  is 3%  surcharge  for  any  other  type of  calls  for  reserves  that includes taxes.

2.  How will I be billed?
Each month you will be  billed  automatically  without  notice.  CellTech is  currently developing  an  email broadcast system for  sending our  subscriber an email  message bill notification.  This message will tell you how much you owe, what your account number is and when your payment is due. If you need a summary paper bill, we  will implement  an option  of  sending  our subscriber  for $2 a month. Some of our customers like to receive an electronic bill so that they can see the detail of all their local calls. There is also a fee of $1 a month for this service.

3.  How can I pay my bill?
We made it  easier for  you through our  credit card  monthly Auto-Pay, which allows an automatic debit to be made to your designated credit or debit card each month.

4.  How can I pay  my bill if  I  do not  have  a  debit /credit  card ?
As  a  procedure  in  our  Online subscription,  you may wish to  subscribe with  CellTech ‘No-Qualifying’ Pre-paid  Debit  Card. There is no  credit requirement, specific  residency or citizenship , no  government Social Security number,  and  minimum  I.D.  Our card  has  a  one-time application fee  of  $25.00  but is good for  merchants  who accepts  Visa/MasterCard  and doubles  as  an ATM  cashing card  to foreign countries  when  you  remit  funds  to  your  relative anywhere  in the  world  without  paying expensive  remittance  fees or bank wiring charges.

6.  Can I pay for more than one month at a time?
Yes. Pay in advance for as many months as you wish. Your account balance will reflect a credit until it is time to make another payment. During the time that your account has a credit balance, you will not receive a text message bill notification, since no payment is due.

9.  How do you handle reactivations for customers who need to disconnect their service?
If you miss your payment due date, your service will be temporarily interrupted until payment posts to your account. We have no late fee, and your service will automatically be turned on as soon as your payment is applied to your account. The billing date will  be re-adjusted  for your account,  allowing a  full one month to use your service before the next payment is due again. If you do not make a payment within 30 days, your phone will be disconnected and there will be a reconnect fee.
