1. How do I check on an existing CellTech
subscription order that I placed online?

2. Can I change my CellTech Magic plan online?
No, but feel free to call CellTech Magic Customer Service at
1-714-338-8900 to speak to one of our representatives, who will be able
to help you switch to the plan that's right for you.

3. How do I change my password for my
softphones ?
Your Customer Care or Sales Representative will provide you with a
password when you sign up for a calling plan. If you have
forgotten your password, or would like to change your password, please
contact our Customer Service 1-714-338-8900.

4. What happens if I change my username or
password on my account?
Your username stays with you forever, but CellTech permits you to
change your password by sending us an Email. A change of
password module will be made available to you online, but send us a
email for a separate request.
