You  may Email  us  for the features you wish included.

• Caller ID
This broadcasts the number that is calling you, and makes screening calls a breeze.

• Call Waiting
This allows a customer to receive a call while already on one. If you are on a call, you will get a notification via a beep that another person is calling. You can then switch back and forth between calls. This helps avoid people getting a busy signal when calling you.

•
 Caller Waiting ID
This works in the same manner as Called ID, but lets you know who the second calling party is, so that you can know ahead of time before switching calls.

• *69 (Call Return)
When dialed, this star code will automatically call back the last number that called you.

• Call Forwarding
Allows the user to forward all calls placed to the Phone Power number to another number of their choosing.

• Simultaneous Ring
If you are using a Call Forwarding setup, this allows for all phones in the list to ring at the same time, or one after another until one is answered.

• Block List
Allows the user the option to block calls from specified numbers. You can either forward the call directly to voicemail, or set it so that the calling party hears a fast busy signal when calling.

• Click2Call
Allows the user to specify what phone the call will be placed on, while maintaining the Phone Power number as seen by the called party. This enables you to make calls on your VOIP phone, even when not at the physical location where it is housed.

• Call Hold
Allows the user to place the caller on hold, then resume the call at a later time.

• Call Log Viewer
Using the web portal, this allows a customer to view their call history, up to the last 30 calls.

• Call Park
This allows a user to “park” a call at an one extension, the pick it up from another extension.

• Music On Hold
This feature allows for hold music to be played whenever you place someone on hold. This makes it so that the party knows they are on hold, and do not have worries or concerns about whether or not their call has been dropped.

• Do Not Disturb
When enabled, this feature will forward all calls to voicemail.

• Voicemail
Allows callers to leave you a message if you have missed or screened their call.

• Voicemail Viewer
Allows the user to view and listen to their voicemails via their Account section. It's just like looking at your email!
