CELLTECH MAGIC MARKETING, INC. USA (CTMMI) has  identified  available JOB openings among its multiple country satellite offices  in its global phone business and  has developed a system  for individuals of different nationalities residing in the different parts of the  world to gain employment in U.S.A. and other foreign countries

Employment available for Independent Contractors include the following job categories:


1.  Marketing Associates for residential plan telemarketing
2.  Tech/Customer Support Representative
3.  Marketing Associates for business and corporate enterprise telemarketing
4.  Global Sales Representative
5.  Booking and Travel Agent Representative for wholesale world travel
6.  Marketing Associates for business consultancy services, creative music

If selected, you will be given various assignments by Secondary Employers in the following job categories:

1.  Telemarketers
2.  Tech/Customer Support Representative
3.  Business and Corporate Enterprise Telemarketing
4.  IT Tele-commuter for Multi-national Companies
5.  Virtual Office Assistants
6.  Web Designers
7.  Other Occupations

You would be offered these assignments as an Independent Contractor, not an employee. Confidentiality is imperative to our clients and to us. Please be sure to review carefully the section on confidentiality in the Independent Contractor Agreement. You may not pass your assignments onto anyone else. This is strictly prohibited. You are also prohibited from soliciting clients through your work with CellTech Magic Marketing, Inc. USA. Any breach of confidentiality will result in your removal from our list of Independent Contractors.  CellTech Magic Marketing, Inc. USA reserves the right to pursue legal action.

You are responsible for paying your own taxes. A form 1099 will be sent to you if you have earned a minimum of $600 in a calendar year. If the income total is less than $600 and you do not receive a 1099 form from CellTech Magic Marketing, Inc. USA, you will still be responsible for all taxes on moneys you've earned.

Please keep in mind, you would be an Independent Contractor, not an employee so if you ever have to file for unemployment insurance, you are not to list CellTech Magic Marketing, Inc. USA as an employer. If you are chosen for an assignment, you will be contacted by CellTech Magic Marketing, Inc. USA and will have the option to accept or decline the assignment. If you accept the assignment, you will be given a range of times and dates to perform the evaluation. If you accept, you have guaranteed CellTech Magic Marketing, Inc. USA that the shop will be completed during that time frame.

In summary, U.S. Citizens or U.S. Residents Independent Contractors have the following responsibilities:

1.  Pay all applicable taxes on ALL income, whether or not a 1099 has been issued. 
     a.  Includes social security taxes, Medicare taxes, self-employment taxes as well as all federal
          and state income taxes
     b.  It is possible that you may need to make estimated tax payments during the year to cover
         your tax liabilities.
2.  Keep accurate records of all business expenses such as cost of supplies, postage, gas, etc.
3.  Consult a tax professional for specific advice on taxable income, eligible deductions and
     liability.

Establish own hours of work and work for whom they choose
5.  Supply own tools and materials
6.  Provide your own work space and equipment
7.  Establish own work patterns and schedules
8.  If you are contracted as an independent contractor, you should never list that company as an
    "employer", especially if you file for unemployment.

FOR U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY : THINGS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER DOING THAT MAY
HELP YOU ESTABLISH YOUR OWN BUSINESS FOR IRS PURPOSES

1.  Print business cards and stationery
2.  Obtain a business license
3.  Rent an office or establish a home office
4.  Attend classes at local colleges and universities on owning your own business
5.  Obtain dedicated business phone service

Apply for a business tax identification number
7.  Promote your business and offer your business services to a number of companies, businesses
     and individuals
8.  Hire a competent tax professional to advise you on tax obligations
9.  Find ways to keep very accurate records of your work expenses and assignments

IMPORTANT :

For Non-U.S. Residents or for Workers From Other Countries, your acceptance of the position as Independent Contractor becomes the foundation of your employment in United States.  CellTech Magic will become your Primary Employer who will undertake the payment of taxes with the Federal Government (this is indicated in the
Independent Contractor Agreement). 

As an Independent Contractor of CellTech Magic, you are free to use our U.S. Corporate Address (13210 Harbor Blvd., Suite 157, Garden Grove, CA 92843) as your U.S. address necessary for your employment application.  Through CellTech Magic, you can also be issued the necessary Social Security Number (SSN) that maybe required by other U.S. Secondary Employers.  Please see   Club Member Privileges for other details. 

One of the most important responsibilities that you should remember is to maintain active your CellTech Magic VoIP Calling Plan or your Buddy Number (where a dedicated  U.S. phone number is issued or assigned to you).  By this Buddy Number, you will have a permanent U.S. contact number where the employers can get in touch with you anytime for job openings or employment availability.
