Terms And Conditions of Club Membership

1.  Agree to Terms of  Use  of  CTMMI  calling plan  subscription.

2. Acceptance by a chosen  Primary Employer  and  is not  guaranteed.  Primary Employer compensation and income offering  is not a  jurisdiction  of  CTMMI.

3. Tender of compensation to Club Member is subject  to  effective receipt by CTMMI from Primary employer and subject  to  fund delivery  requirements  by money remittance organization to the country of  residence  by a foreign worker.

4.  Offer  is void  where  prohibited by  law  in the country  of  residence of the  Club Member.

5.  Offer is void in the States of the Primary Employer if it  is prohibited by  State Law. Additional particular State Income Taxes  are not included in this offering.

By enrolling, I confirm this sale  as  a contract  for the  product given/delivered or  services rendered to me under this transaction.  I agree that  should the debt  represented by this confirmation be collected at law, in  equity, any proceedings, that  his confirmation serves  a confession  of  judgment.  Should the debt associated with this transaction be placed in the hands  of  any  agency or attorney for collection, there will be  30% collection fee  added to the balance, and  I agree to  pay all reasonable  agency fees, cost and  expenses of  collecting.  I understand that  any efforts including litigation will be processed  in State of Nevada, USA.
