Anonymous Call Rejection

Description:
Prevent calls from going through from anyone that has blocked their name or number. The caller will automatically be sent to a recording informing them you do not wish to received blocked calls.

Activation: *80

NOTE: This feature bundles with Telemarketer blocking.

Blacklist

Description:
Block certain callers from being able to call you. They will hear a message that you would not like to receive calls from them.

Caller ID

Description:
Caller ID allows you to see the person that is calling you.

Activation: Always On
Deactivation: None
 

Caller ID Blocking

Description:
Blocks the person receiving your call from viewing your number on their Caller ID display.

Call Filter

Description:
Choose where you want specified callers to be sent. Callers will be sent to your phone if there is not a filter built on their telephone number.

NOTE: Callers that have a Call Filter set up on their telephone number will not be sent to Voicemail if Do Not Disturb is ON


Call Forwarding

Description:
Transfer incoming calls to any telephone number within the United States (all 50 states) and Canada.

Call Return

Description:
Calls back the last number you received

Call Waiting

Description:
You will hear a tone that indicates you have a second call coming in on your line.

Do Not Disturb

Description:
All calls are automatically sent to Voicemail without your phone ever ringing, except for calls that are set up with a Call Filter.

Description:
Block all outgoing calls to international destinations.

Repeat Dialing

Description:
Re-Dials the last number you called

NOTE: On the Grandstream phone, press the pound key(#). On a Grandstream ATA, you must have a phone connected to it that supports redial.

Voicemail Access

Voicemail has already been activated on your new Internet based Phone Service.

Change your Voicemail preferences by phone

Using your IP Phone or ATA:

  • Dial 8600

  • Enter your Password (default is 1234)

  • Follow the voice prompts

From a remote location:

  • Dial a Voicemail Direct Access Number (see list below)

  • Enter your Mailbox Number (your 10-digit phone number)

  • Enter your Password (default is 1234)

  • Press 0 for Mailbox Options

  • Follow the voice prompts

Retrieve your messages by phone

Using your IP Phone or ATA:

  • Press 8500

From a remote location:

  • Dial a Voicemail Direct Access Number (see list below)

  • Enter your Mailbox Number (your 10-digit phone number)

  • Enter your Password (default is 1234)

  • Follow the voice prompts

Voicemail Notification Via E-Mail


Description:
Receive notification of a Voicemail via your personal e-mail. Attached will be a .wav file which will allow you to listen to the message on your computer. You may dial into the Voicemail system or check here to retrieve your messages.

Activation: Defaults to on
Deactivation: Options may be toggled here

 

Short Digit Dial

Description:
Allows you to dial calls in your area without having to dial all the numbers.. basically, any numbers you don't dial will be filled in by your Primary Number.

For example, if your Primary Number is 781-660-0001, dialing:
"123" Dials for you 781-660-0123
"231-4523" Dials for you 781-231-4523

Most usefull for small communities that still have 5 or 7 digit dialing in effect.. this feature provides both.
